Yes. Our denim is made to have a slightly fitted feel when new, the way quality premium jeans should. Within about an hour of wearing, the fabric molds to your body for the intended fit — so give them a little time before sizing up.
Orders & Payment

You can pay with all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Klarna, and PayPal. The full list is shown at checkout.
Enter your code in the discount field at checkout, and the amount will be applied to your order total before you pay.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Email support@man-core.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll see what's still possible.
Sizes do sell out, as we restock in batches. Email support@man-core.com with the style and size you're after and we'll let you know when it's expected back — or sign up for our newsletter to hear about restocks first.
Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping is always free, on every order.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery takes 5–7 business days in total. During busy periods (holidays, sales), it may take slightly longer.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Occasionally carriers run behind, especially during busy periods. If your order is taking longer than expected, email support@man-core.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, or your package seems lost in transit, email support@man-core.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You can return or exchange your items within 100 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns and exchanges are always free.
Returning is simple. Just follow these three steps:
- Start your return — Head to our returns portal at returns.man-core.com, enter your order number, and follow the steps.
- Receive your return label — Your free prepaid return label is emailed to you right away.
- Drop off your package — Take it to a DHL point near you. Once your return arrives at our warehouse in Germany, we'll process your refund or exchange.
Yes, within 100 days. The fastest way to get the size or colour you want is to place a new order right away and return your original item — this gets your new pair to you sooner and increases the chance it's still in stock.
How Exchanges Work:
Want a different size or color? You have two options:
- Exchange through our returns portal — Return your item via the three steps above. Once it arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, we'll ship your new item free of charge.
- Need it faster? Place a new order right away and return your current item through the portal. As soon as we receive and approve your return, we'll refund it in full. This gets your new size to you sooner — and increases the chance it's still in stock.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
That should never happen, but if it does, email support@man-core.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. Your statutory rights as an EU consumer always apply.

Our jeans are made from high-quality denim chosen for durability, comfort, and a premium feel. You'll find the exact fabric composition listed on each product page.
Our denim is made in Portugal, one of Europe's most respected denim regions.
Wash them inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and avoid the dryer — heat is what causes shrinking. Hang your jeans to dry to protect the fit, colour, and fabric, and wash them only when they really need it.
